If the problem is with Lake Bruin Wireless issued equipment, there is no charge. There will be a $150.00 charge for all other service calls, such as cut wires, or customer owned devices, when a technician is dispatched to the service address.

No. You will need to purchase a router prior to service installation. We do rent a standard router for an additional fee of $7.00 per month for customers who do not want to purchase their own.

Wireless service will be interrupted. Please contact Tech support before changing routers.

Site surveys are free but need to be scheduled in advance. Please contact our office for scheduling assistance.

The standard installer’s fee is $150.00, paid directly to the installer not Lake Bruin Wireless.
